FacturaFácil does not provide accounting-firm services. It is the invoicing and tax tool; professional advice comes from your firm.
We are not an accounting firm
We do not replace your advisor. After you register in the app you can invite whichever firm you want (joining the platform is free for them) or choose one that already partners with FacturaFácil. If you switch professionals, your data stays with you.

How it works for you

Create your account and start invoicing. Linking a firm is optional and you turn it on when you want.

Invite who you choose
Invite your current firm — joining the platform is free for them. Or, if you need an advisor, pick one of the firms that already partner with FacturaFácil.

They link to your account
With your personal code (valid 3 days) the firm connects, assigns a plan and can help with taxes from their portal.

Unlink anytime
You can stop working with that firm whenever you want. Your invoices and tax data stay in your account.

How it works for your firm

Join as a partner (free)
Contact us to activate your portal. No minimum commitment and no signup fee.

Clients invite you or you add them
The freelancer invites you with their code, or you create accounts by email. They choose to stay with you — we do not compete for the advisory relationship.

Assign plan and roles
Choose Standard, Pro or Premium, who files taxes, and which staff members handle each client.

Work in their workspace
Enter the client workspace, use the fiscal calendar, tasks, and export to A3 or Sage 50.

Seats for firms
The firm pays for linked client seats, with a percentage discount on the public monthly price (excl. VAT). 21% VAT on the invoice. Basic is not available as a firm seat.
Billed together on the last day of the month. Joining as a partner is free with no minimum number of clients.
If you invoice for yourself, start free and invite your firm when you want. If you run a practice, write to us: we do not do accounting services — we help you manage them.
