Registering in the Basque Country or Navarre
In foral territory the tax authority is not the state Tax Agency. Registration and invoicing follow the rules of the provincial authority or of Navarre.
Foral tax authorities and their own systems
The Basque Country and Navarre run their taxes through their own authorities. TicketBAI, in the Basque Country, and Batuz, in Bizkaia, are foral invoicing systems. A state VeriFactu adaptation date does not switch them off or replace them. The census and the forms that apply to you are the ones for your territory.
- A foral tax authority, not the state site by default.
- TicketBAI and Batuz are foral systems.
- State VeriFactu dates do not replace them.
Foral VAT can be calculated
If you set a foral profile, Factura Fácil can calculate that territory’s VAT. It does not submit TicketBAI or Batuz. Those submissions are made on the foral system that applies to you, not from a calculation in the app.
