Warnings for duplicate expenses
If you save an expense and another one already has the same invoice number and the same supplier, Factura Fácil warns you. The warning flags the possible duplicate so you can look at it.
When the warning appears
The warning compares invoice number and supplier. If another expense in the books matches on both, the app shows it. The same document then does not have to land twice in the quarter because it arrived by photo, by email, and by WhatsApp. You decide what to do with the entry. The app does not replace the review of whoever closes the taxes.

What to look at
