April, July and October, from the 1st to the 20th
Self-assessments for the first, second and third quarters are filed from the 1st to the 20th of April, July and October. The fourth quarter does not use that window. It is filed in January.
From the 1st to the 20th, and direct debit
April closes the first quarter, July the second and October the third. The filing window is the 1st to the 20th of each of those months. Bank direct debit often runs until the 15th. The exact day for each year is in the taxpayer calendar.
- Filing: 1 to 20 April, July and October.
- Direct debit: often until the 15th.
- The fourth quarter is a different window, in January.
January is not one more 20th
The fourth quarter is filed from 1 to 30 January. Do not stretch the April, July and October quarters out to that 30th, and do not pull January back to the 20th. Factura Fácil warns you on the calendar if the form is on your profile. The warning does not file. The map of the two forms is in modelo 303 and modelo 130.
