The 2026 tax calendar for autónomos
The first three quarters of modelo 303 and modelo 130 are filed from 1 to 20 April, July, and October. The fourth quarter is filed from 1 to 30 January.
Filing windows
Those dates are the 2026 taxpayer calendar. If the last day is not a business day, the deadline moves to the next business day. Do not write down a different day from the one the Tax Agency publishes: official deadlines.
- First quarter: 1 to 20 April.
- Second quarter: 1 to 20 July.
- Third quarter: 1 to 20 October.
- Fourth quarter: 1 to 30 January of the following year.
Direct debit and the app reminder
If you pay by direct debit, the debit window often closes on the 15th in April, July, and October. The fourth quarter closes a few days earlier. The exact day is on that year’s calendar. Factura Fácil warns you as the deadline approaches for the forms on your profile. The warning does not file the tax. You generate the file or copy the figures, and you or your gestoría submit the return. The detail is in modelo 303 and modelo 130.
Common questions
Does the 20th also apply in January?
No. The fourth quarter is filed from 1 to 30 January. The 1st to the 20th is the window for April, July, and October.
What if the 20th is a Sunday?
If the last day is not a business day, it moves to the next business day. The official 2026 calendar wins.
