Bank fees
Fees on the business account can be a cost of the activity. Factura Fácil does not read them unless you record them or, on a paid plan, connect a bank. The trial has zero bank accounts. A fee is not an invoice by itself if you have no document.
The business account
A maintenance fee, a transfer fee or a card fee on the activity account can be recorded as an expense when it is justified. A fee on a purely personal account does not qualify because it is at the same bank.

How it reaches the app
Either you enter it, or on a paid plan you connect the bank. During the trial there is no bank account. Connecting the bank does not create the invoice: with no document, the fee is not an invoice by itself. Plans are on pricing.
