Two files, two places
Factura Fácil can prepare two different files. The XLSX is the ledger for Pre303 and Pre130. The ISO-8859-1 text is the BOE file for Import on modelo 303 and modelo 130. They are not interchangeable.
Do not mix them
If you upload the XLSX where the form asks for the Import file, it is not the file that option expects. If you open the BOE text in Pre303, that is not the ledger sheet either. Each output has its place on the Tax Agency site. Both come from the same calculation, and they serve different screens.
- XLSX: ledgers for Pre303 and Pre130.
- ISO-8859-1: Import on 303 and 130.
- They are not the same file under another name.
Neither submits the self-assessment
Neither the ledger nor the BOE file files the form. Importing or loading the sheet fills in data. You confirm the submission on the site, with a certificate or Cl@ve, or your gestoría does. The app calculates and prepares the file. It does not file.
Common questions
Can I use the spreadsheet on Import?
No. Import expects the ISO-8859-1 text. The XLSX is for Pre303 and Pre130. They are different outputs.
Does either one file modelo 303?
No. Both prepare data. Neither submits the self-assessment.
