Ledger spreadsheet: Pre303 and Pre130
Besides the BOE file, Factura Fácil generates a ledger spreadsheet. It is for Pre303 and Pre130 at the Spanish Tax Agency.
What the file is
The XLSX comes from the invoices and expenses you have already recorded. It is meant for the Pre303 and Pre130 ledgers. The Import file is a different one: Pre303 and the BOE file.
Downloading it does not close the quarter
Downloading the spreadsheet does not file the quarter. You still have to go to the Tax Agency site, with a certificate or Cl@ve, or pass the figures to your gestoría. The app calculates and exports. The self-assessment is not submitted from Factura Fácil. If you want the import file for the form itself, use the BOE file described in modelo 303 and modelo 130.

Common questions
Are the spreadsheet and the BOE file the same?
No. The spreadsheet is the ledger for Pre303 and Pre130. The BOE file is ISO-8859-1 text for Import on the modelo 303 or modelo 130 form.
Does the spreadsheet mean the quarter is filed?
No. It carries the figures. Filing is still on the Tax Agency site, by you or your gestoría.
