You can start from a PDF or a photo. AI proposes the invoice. It is not saved until you confirm it, and that step needs internet.
A draft taken from the file
You upload the PDF or the photo and the reading proposes the customer, the line, and the amounts when it can extract them. That is a draft, not an issued invoice. A weak scan or a file about something else can come out incomplete. On confirmation you correct the customer, the VAT rate, and withholding before the document exists.
Nothing is saved until you accept it
Factura Fácil does not save the invoice it read until you accept the draft. The AI chat needs a connection: with no network, that reading does not run. When you confirm, the invoice joins your series as an invoice you have checked, on the web, iOS, or Android.
