Invoicing without internet
You can create the invoice with no network. It is saved and it syncs when internet returns. The AI chat and sending to the Tax Agency still need a connection.
Invoices and expenses while you have no coverage
In Factura Fácil you create invoices and expenses with no coverage, on the web, iOS, or Android. They stay saved and sync when internet is back, with the VAT and the numbering you entered. You do not have to wait for a signal to get the invoice written.

The chat and the Tax Agency wait for a connection
The AI chat, email and the bank need internet. Sending the record to the Tax Agency also needs a connection and the certificate connected. If the Tax Agency does not respond, the record stays queued so you can retry it. Creating the invoice offline does not send it on its own. For an autónomo, an adapted system is required before 1 July 2027, and until that date sending is in a trial period: VeriFactu for autónomos.
Common questions
Does it sync by itself when wifi is back?
Yes. The invoice or expense created with no coverage syncs when internet returns. You do not type it again.
Can I dictate the invoice in the chat with no data?
No. The AI chat needs a connection. Offline, you create the invoice by hand, and sending to the Tax Agency waits.
