Accept, reject, or sign a quote
You send the quote or the proforma and the customer can accept or reject it. You can be notified. The PDF can also be signed with a certificate from a link.
Accept or reject
The customer opens the link and marks accept or reject. The quote stays a quote until you turn it into an invoice. You can hear about that answer through a notification.
Signing the PDF with a certificate
From a link, the PDF can be signed with a certificate. That signature does not change your invoice numbering and does not by itself turn the quote into an invoice. The document you get paid on, when you issue it, follows invoicing for autónomos.
- Accept or reject, with a notification for you.
- PDF signature with a certificate, from a link.
- Neither the answer nor the signature issues the invoice.
Common questions
Does accepting the quote issue the invoice?
No. It records the answer. You issue the invoice when it is time, with its own number.
Will I be notified if they reject it?
You can be notified whether the customer accepts or rejects the quote or the proforma.
