Expenses from email
You connect Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP as read-only. PDFs from the senders you set are recorded on their own in a daily sweep. The whole mailbox is not stored.
Senders and the daily sweep
You choose which addresses should supply receipts. PDFs that arrive from those senders are recorded automatically, on a daily sweep. The connection is read-only: the app reads in order to find the attachment. It does not write to the mailbox and it does not keep every message. This sweep needs a connection.

Pick an attachment yourself
In manual search you choose the attachment to record. Use it when the message is not from a listed sender, or when you want one specific document. You confirm the expense, whether it came from email or from a photo. Other ways in are in expense tracking for autónomos.

Does the app copy my entire mailbox?
The whole mailbox is not stored. The connection is read-only, and the daily sweep records PDFs from the senders you marked.
Can I pick a single attachment?
Yes. In manual search you choose the attachment. PDFs from the senders you configured are recorded on the daily sweep instead.
