The gestoría files. The app leaves the invoices, the expenses, and the import file ready. It does not submit the return.
What already has to be recorded
Before the close, the quarter’s invoices and expenses have to be on the account. Then the firm does not rebuild the period from a chat. Forms that fit are calculated in the app, and filing them stays outside.
The file the firm takes
You can leave the BOE file ready to import on the Tax Agency site, or the Pre303 and Pre130 XLSX. Importing fills the form in. The firm, or you, files it outside the app. The path is in modelos 303 and 130.

Common questions
Does Factura Fácil file modelo 303?
No. It prepares the calculation and the file. Your gestoría or you file it.
Are the spreadsheet and the BOE file the tax submission?
No. The XLSX is the Pre303 and Pre130 ledger. The BOE file is for import on the Tax Agency site. Neither one files the form.
