A uniform with the mark of the activity, or gear that only protects you at work, can be justified with the invoice. The expense has to be linked to the activity and recorded.

Street clothes stay street clothes

A suit, shoes or a shirt you could wear away from work are still ordinary clothes. Buying them for a meeting does not turn them into a uniform. You confirm the category in deductible expenses.
