A bank movement does not document the VAT
A credit on the account is not the invoice for the operation. VAT and the books need the invoice. Seeing the credit does not replace that document.
What you see at the bank, and what is missing
The bank shows that money came in. It does not state the base, the VAT amount or the customer with the detail of an invoice. Without that invoice, the credit does not land properly on modelo 303 or in the books. Matching the collection is for cash tracking. It does not create the invoice.
