Clients’ WhatsApp
The client links a number, sends Hola and confirms, edits or discards. Saved documents count toward the plan. The firm does not receive the client’s whole WhatsApp chat.
Link, Hola and confirm
First the client links the phone. Then they write Hola. Then they send the photo or PDF and choose to confirm, edit or discard. Until that confirmation the document is not saved.
- They link the number.
- They send Hola and the document.
- They confirm, edit or discard.
The firm sees what was saved, not the chat
What is saved counts toward the plan quota. The firm sees that document among invoices or expenses. It does not receive the client’s full WhatsApp conversation. Access is on the gestoría page.
Common questions
Does the firm read the client’s WhatsApp?
No. It does not receive the whole chat. It sees the document the client confirmed and saved.
Does an unconfirmed message count toward the plan?
No. What counts is what was saved, after confirm, edit or discard. Discarding does not save it.
