Purpose and scope
These terms govern access, registration and use of FacturaFácil, a SaaS invoicing and tax platform for freelancers and professionals in Spain (web and mobile apps). They complement the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy on this site.
Acceptance
By registering, purchasing a paid plan or using the service you confirm you have read and accept these terms, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. If you disagree, do not use FacturaFácil.
Service description
FacturaFácil lets you create and manage invoices, record expenses, calculate taxes, meet obligations such as VeriFactu or FACe, sync bank transactions, import documents with AI, connect mailboxes to detect expenses, and auto-generate invoices from payments on gateways you configure (MONEI or Stripe Connect). Features depend on your plan and optional integrations you enable.
Contracting process
1) Create a free account on the web or app. 2) Optionally start a card-free trial. 3) For paid plans, choose a plan under Settings → Subscription and complete payment on the relevant platform (App Store, Google Play or web portal with Stripe via RevenueCat). 4) You receive electronic confirmation of the active plan. The contract is formed when payment is accepted or, for the trial, when you accept these terms on sign-up.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices on the Pricing page include VAT where applicable. Indicative monthly plans: Basic €4.99/month, Standard €9.99/month, Pro €19.99/month, Premium €49.99/month; 2-week free trial. Annual billing with 20% discount when available. Payment methods: card and methods accepted by Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe (RevenueCat on web). One-off human-agent consultations, if offered, are charged separately via Stripe. We do not store your full card details; the payment processor handles them.
Delivery and service performance
FacturaFácil is a digital cloud service. There is no physical shipping or delivery cost. After registration or payment confirmation, access to your plan is enabled immediately or within the technically required time (usually minutes). No carrier applies as this is a digital service.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel subscription renewal at any time under Settings → Subscription (or Apple/Google/RevenueCat portal depending on purchase channel), without penalty. If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase unless you expressly requested immediate start of the digital service and acknowledged loss of that right once performance begins (Spanish consumer law art. 103.m). Refunds for App Store or Google Play subscriptions follow their policies. For web payments via Stripe/RevenueCat, request refunds at soporte@facturafacil.ai within the legal period; we assess each case according to usage and applicable law. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days to allow export or reactivation unless you delete your account.
Payment and email integrations (MONEI, Stripe, Gmail)
You may optionally connect your own MONEI or Stripe Connect accounts so FacturaFácil creates invoices when you receive payments; you remain the merchant towards your customers and their payment terms apply. To import expenses from email you may authorise read-only access to Gmail (Google) or Outlook (Microsoft); OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on secure servers and we only read mail to find invoice attachments per your rules. You can disconnect integrations anytime in Settings.
User obligations
Provide accurate information, keep your account confidential, use the service lawfully and under Spanish tax rules, and remain responsible for data you enter and invoices you issue. You must obtain any required consents when connecting third-party mailboxes or accounts.
Intellectual property
FacturaFácil, its design, code and trademarks belong to GÜELL SANS ARNAU or licensors. Data you enter (invoices, customers, expenses) remains yours.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable industry care. It does not replace professional tax advice. We are not liable for errors from incorrect user data, temporary unavailability of third parties (AEAT, banks, Google, Microsoft, MONEI, Stripe) or tax decisions you make based on the app.
Complaints
For complaints or issues email soporte@facturafacil.ai or call +34 661 014 102 (lunes a viernes, 9:00 a 18:00 (CET)). We respond within one month maximum. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution and courts at their residence where the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are published on this page and communicated via the app or email when appropriate. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance unless you object where the law requires.
Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms or use the service fraudulently or abusively. You may close your account under Settings → Delete account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law (LSSI-CE, GDPR/LOPDGDD and consumer regulations where you act as a consumer). Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, disputes are submitted to the courts of the consumer's residence or, in B2B relationships, courts in Barcelona.
