Terms of use
Purpose
These terms govern use of FacturaFácil, an invoicing and tax management platform for freelancers and professionals in Spain (web and mobile apps).
Acceptance
By registering and using the service you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, you must not use FacturaFácil.
Service description
FacturaFácil lets you create and manage invoices, record expenses, calculate taxes and meet obligations such as VeriFactu. The service depends on the plan you subscribe to.
User obligations
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, keep your account confidential, use the service lawfully, and remain responsible for the data you enter and the invoices you generate.
Subscription and payments
Paid plans are billed at the current rate. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage your subscription in the app under Settings → Subscription.
Intellectual property
FacturaFácil and its content (design, software, trademarks) belong to their owners. Data you enter (invoices, customers) remains yours.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for tax calculation errors caused by incorrect user input. Confirm with a tax advisor when needed.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by reasonable means (e.g. the app or this website). Continued use may mean acceptance of updated terms where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account from the app when available.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts in Spain have jurisdiction unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
