Declaration
As producer of the invoicing computer system identified below, he declares under his own responsibility that the system complies with article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003 (General Tax Law), Royal Decree 1007/2023 of 5 December, and Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October.
Computer system
System name: FacturaFacil. Identifier (IdSistemaInformatico): FF. Version: 1.0.0. Installation number: one per taxpayer, in the form FF- followed by the first 20 characters of the account id. Mode: VERI*FACTU only, sending invoice records to the Spanish Tax Agency. The system can support several taxpayers.
Compliance
The system generates an invoice registration record for each invoice issued and a cancellation record for each invoice voided, with the content required by the annex to Order HAC/1177/2024. It calculates the chained SHA-256 fingerprint of each record. It sends the records to the Tax Agency when the invoice is issued and, if the service is unavailable, retries at least every 60 minutes without blocking issuance. Each invoice includes the verification QR code. Records already generated cannot be altered or deleted; corrections are made by a corrective invoice or a cancellation record. Records are kept and can be exported. In VERI*FACTU mode the records are not electronically signed: they are sent over a secure TLS channel with the taxpayer's or representative's electronic certificate.
